1) Take the 6v or 12v battery which is available in the emergency light battery.
2) Now take the fully discharged cell and connect it as shown in figure.
3) For 1.5v cell keeps it charging till the cell become hot will get charge.
don’t buy the new cell just follow the above step when the cell is discharge.
You can charge the button cell also....
